Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, it will be canceled without any charges. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via email transfer.

The item must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a new one.
