Once placed, your order is automatically received by one of our logistics centers which will take care of its execution until its delivery. You will be sent an email with all the tracking info with in 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, it will be canceled without any charges. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via email transfer.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and item availability. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

If you receive a defective item, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have 7 days from receiving your item to return it for an exchange. The item must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a new one.
